DIRECTION FOR USE
Mix one scoop (10g) with 400ml. water or with your favourite beverage 1-2 time daily.
1. 1-2 Level Scoops.
2. 400-600 ml of water.
3. Intermediate of your workout.

Do not exceed recommended dose. Not intended for use by persons under the age of 18, those with a medical condition, or those with a history of kidney disease. Do not use if pregnant or lactating. If you are under the care of a physician, ase consult your physician before using this product. Do not use if tamper resistant seal is broken.
